Good evening all, I do hope everyone is well and keeping safe.
Can anyone let me know what these are used for, they look as if they cover the hoop hole to me. Cannot find any reference to them or picks to show them fitted. However my wife informs me that I cannot even find my own socks when they are in front of my eyes.

John, the items you have, fit on top of the side rails, at the front. When the canvas tilt is not being used the metal hoops are gathered up and stored in these brackets
