I have found that with the standard set up the supply to the screen vents from any Minors heater will be, at best, feeble.
You can get circular drum heaters which have fitted vent flaps for the interior heat supply that can can be closed off, enabling the heat to be more effectively directed to the screen vents, such as the classic Landrover version.
However these can be expensive and that's if you can find one........
