Got mine a couple of days ago.
It's only 2nd Class post, perhaps you're further away from the printers....

Still not arrived in Northern Ireland, last issue was also very late and apparently had been posted overseas...........

Stephens and mine has still not arrived. 1 month late now ....... we live in the UK. ....not overseas !
