Nuffield Metal Products Plate NMP

As we had used all we made - over 400 and I am still getting requests for the plates from far flung places, we have decided to press some more.
Test pressed some aluminium blanks today and the pictures speak for themselves. The mould was showing some strain with mild steel and some of the definition was being lost. With aluminium it is back as good as ever. With ali though care needs to be taken that the plates are thoroughly prepared before painting, are painted with both sides being well coated and that the adhesive forms a barrier between steel tie plate and the plate itself. I am only going to be pressing a fairly limited number of these so if you want one, please let me know.
I will be getting blanks laser cut with the 1/8 radius rounded corners.
