Please help me to get correct cabuletor parts

Hi My friends

I want to buy Su cabuletor needle and jet assembly for my friend's car - it is 948cc Morris Minor 1000

So i see buy them , there was lot of types needle and jet assembly in google .

Please help how i select correct parts for him

What is the meaning /diffarent of HS , HS2 ..... cabuletors , what are the cabuletor models Morris Minor use (it is add for my knowledge )

Why do you need to change the needle valves and Jet assembly?

If it is worn replacing them with similar items would be the best course of action.

You can read off the specific type of SU for the Minor model.

The 948cc Minor was fitted with the H2 1 1/4" SU.

Later Minors were fitted with the HS2 1 1/4" SU carb.

There are differences in the construction of the body and jet arrangement but both have the same operating function.
