Larger exhaust

I have a 1275 Ital engine,using a 1098 manifold with the inlet section cut of and replaced with a Minisport alloy item.
My question is can I use a bigger bore downpipe and upgrade the rest of the system.
Yes a LCB would be far better,but I am looking for an alternative!

Use the Marina combined inlet/exhaust manifold with the inlet cut off.
David Vizard speaks highly of the manifold as he considers the flow to be very good.
It has larger internal diameter than the 1098cc manifold and pipes are available to fit the Minor.

I have a 1098. Following Phils advice I got the Marina manifold. I fitted the down pipe from ESM but did need to fettle it, I then fitted a 1.75 exhaust system. It made a real difference.
You could get the manifold and then take the car to some where like
