1275 short engine rebuild.

Engine rebuild gets under way having gathered many bits!
m wondering what a ball park figure might be for matching having taken my A series 1275 short engine to local engineering shop - been around a long time and have expertise with classics.
Their verdict is bores ok for taper/ ovality etc but recommend new set of rings.
Big end could replace just bearings but suggest regrind/ polish
Mains require regrind.
What would be reasonable costs here and what recommendations for additional examination - I'll ask re camshaft bearings.
What rings and bearings would be best given this will have stage 3 22g940 from minisport and 266 camshaft, maniflow exhaust, HIF44?
