Wrapping up frame-off restoration of my van, I've come up against a problem with the rear door gap. I explain in the video, but it makes me wonder how they handled door gap at the factory. Did they just try different hinges until they had an acceptable fit?

Just finished mine, and had the same issue.
Not saying that it is the correct/factory way, but I "adjusted" the hinge mounting holes to get the doors even?
Have to say they are ok when fully closed but does need a "nack" to close them.
