mystery wheels

Can anybody identify this type of wheel. I have seen them on Minors and other classics regularly.
How much would they go for on the second hand market if they do turn up?

They look like Weller wheels, I don’t know their value, as I’ve never taken to them. Type it into ebay, see if any come up.
