Bordering on the complicated to explain but if you have some webspace or a friendly person with some, it's fairly easy! You can use a bit of mine if your desperate!

Can It not be done in the profile section/ change your post nuke profile.

It is done in your profile but you need an online space to store the picture so your profile can show it, it won't take it off your pc directly.
