Lellyden,
I doubt that what you have is a Hardi pump. I have just opened my old blue Hardi pump that kicked out earlier in the year. There are no points like you show in the photo. In fact there is nothing serviceable in there at all.

Declan

Its a while since I had anything to do with my fuel pump, but they look like standard SU points to me, so the usual suppliers of parts. New ones tend to come with a Transorb, or at least the full pump rebuild kits do. Minimises the burning and pitting.

That is a 'Hardi' pump, the one mentioned by Declan is probably the 'electronic' version. I have 'resurrected' a few of these pumps, as there tends to be more material on the points carriers than is the case with the SU pump points. You should be able to re-use them if you carefully re-face them on an oilstone.

The point that were in were no good very worn. So I took all the parts out and put original su petrol pump in didn't work. I've just found another hardi pump with good points so I'll just use them. Many thanks Den
