'MMOC Member' not showing

I have just noticed that there is an 'MMOC Member' part to the poster's sign in details box at the side of postings. Well I have been a fully paid up member for many years but mine shows:

MMOC Member: No
Contact: Contact Plin
I cannot see how I can alter this so is this something that Admin have to alter? (Is this why we have had trouble accessing the 'Members' only areas?)
