CENTRE CROSS MEMBER.

HI, I am restoring a traveller.After cutting out the floor panels ( rusty ) I found that the centre cross member is also rotten, is it easier to change the both ends or renew the cross member complete.

As to whether you change the crossmember ends or the whole thing will depend on the extent of the rust.
Either way involves work.
A couple of pictures showing the extent of the rust would be appreciated.
