Hi all, I’m replacing the left hand door panel on my Traveller rear door, I’d like to know what the best way of sealing it is please, cheers

Do you mean sealing the Aluminium to the wood, sealing the Aluminium prior to painting, sealing the wood from the weather or sealing the opening to stop draughts and water getting into the car?

I suggest you buy a skeleton gun and tube of black mastic, run a bead around the timber and bed the panel in. Clean any surplus off with white spirit.
