New MOT - implications for Minors?

Does anyone know if the new MOT rules ( for those of us still subject to or intending to continue with getting MOTs) will adversely affect us? From my reading the only one which could affect us is:
"Fluid leaks posing an environmental risk"
Does this include evidence of, or drips from, engine, gearbox, diff etc?
Anyone got any thoughts on this?

As long as the car isn't dribbling oil then it should be OK, this comment found by someone else browsing an MOT forum
'Leaks must make a pool larger thasn 75mm in 5mins of idle to fail.'
If your leak is that bad you have a problem but It's a great anti-corrosion system

There's a vacancy in the Guinness book of records for an oil tight Minor engine, shame it'll never get filled!
