anyone know where I can get a radio kit including wiring speakers ect ect

You can get most, it not, all of your requirements from Halfords. Their audio equipment is quite comprehensive.

Hi yeah I know I can get it all from Halfords but was wondering if there’s a kit out there that had everything in mainly for simplicity

Well I've not heard of a 'radio kit' as such, the only thing I can suggest, if you are not happy choosing your own parts, is to find an independent radio shop and ask them to put a package together for you.
