Can you tell me , what is the year that changed the number plate light Cover Black to Chrome ?

Number plate light cover was alway black. Lucas chrome cover was fitted to other models such as Austin Healer Sprite, Mini Cooper. It became a popular after-market accessory for Minor owners.
