A newby restorer asking for help !!!

Good Morning

My name is Nick Swift, I recently joined the MMOC and I am attempting to
restore a 1959 Morris Minor 1000cc but I am completely new to car
restoration and I would like to ask some "help" questions via the Forum and
if anybody within a 20 mile radius of Huddersfield has a finished /
restored vehicle could I arrange to come at look at it.

Any help is appreciated

Question 1.

The old wiring loom / harness has been removed and although I've purchased a brand new one, I'm not sure exactly what goes where, so does anybody know where I can found a suitable wiring diagram, that incorporates the addition of a new Alternator.

Question 2.

Does anybody have any "under bonnet" photos of their own vehicles (preferably without the engine) that I could look at, to see where the wiring goes please ?

Alternatively do I need to contact an Auto Electrician to wire everything up ??

Dont suppose you have any "under the boot" photos showing the wiring ?

Sorry mines a traveller. On the electrical section there is a wiring diagram.
