I unearthed this from a cupboard, I had one fitted to a lambretta
I think there are a couple of bike enthusiasts here, and they might like to see this,

Nice info Phil, I have a few snippets myself which I'll gladly add yours to.
I also had a to 200 bored to 225, to which an injector was fitted, had to remember to turn the fuel off before stopping! Myself and a good friend built it as a project. Sold it to a scooter shop, they said what do you want for it, I said 100, he said done! Perhaps I was but there you are. See the prices now! Them days you had to sell things to fund the next one, well at least I did! One regret, I never photographed any of my scooters, I can't believe it.

Not many people had cameras Les it was the 35mm processing which was expensive

.I ran a Dellorto 40mm which was a good carb and a Terry Frankland exhaust

We supplied some parts to a place who tune scooters for racing. Given that they are prone to pull wheelies on take off and the tendency of them to develop aerodynamic lift at speed, I imagine it's not for the feint hearted

Yes Lee, I suppose the hassle of developing didn't help, and reserved for holidays and such. Highlights how things have moved on, once you had to make an effort, now you just reach in your pocket!
Mr B. Maybe I didn't go fast enough to take off!

Roadholding and general stability I thought were good.
