At the risk of starting another brexit rant, what do you think?
We're just back from Germany/France/ Switzerland. Visited most of the others over the past 25 yrs.
My favourites are Eire and Czech Republic. Least favourite France.
Off you go.....

Almost ashamed to post this, but Spain. Specifically Torremolinos (Costa del Sol). Nowhere near as bad as it"s often perceived to be. Just back from my 2nd trip this year.
Love Barcelona too, but sadly its a bit above my budget at present.
Hate Gran Canaria, although if I were 30 years younger and able to drink 24/7 my opinion may be different!

I've never had the pleasure to visit, but I've always had a great affection for the Scandinavian countries. Norway especially seems like a really interesting place with a pleasing language and intriguing culture. I'm also (obviously, due to my car) fond of Britain and Ireland. Really I'd like to just tour around Europe for a few years and see everything.

I find it difficult to think of a favourite european Country as most are too large to have a General note of approval and have places I like and other places I definately do not like and avoid. My favourite large City is Berlin where I used to live, but I have not been there since 2002. My least favourites are Paris and London.
But northern Italy, Costa del Fiori is Special; so too perhaps the Bretagne, and my own Vogelsberg......

The boys are talking about Thelma's relatives...
Bob - He was at the wedding. You won't have noticed him.
Terry - That fella who smelt of lilies of the valley?
Bob - Trevor!
Terry - Get away! Well, it takes all sorts.
Bob - He lives with an antique dealer in Harrogate.
Terry - They're all puffs in Harrogate!
