Hi my friends , i have this part (see pic ) it is a Engine noice filter, can you tell me how to wire it , i just check it useing + battery wire (cut + wire , joint them to two terminals ,and negative to arth plate , but it not pass curent .

Never seen one like that. I assume it is a suppressor, which unless your HT leads and plug covers are un-supressed / unshielded, should not be necessary.

In the early 1980s' with the original copper plug caps and unshielded HT leads I fitted new caps and an in line suppressor to the coil lead which was self tapping into the core of the lead itself.

These days , most radios have suppressing technology fitted within them. Tho my Ford B max heated rear screen does interfere with radio 4 on cold mornings

The only reference I can find to your noise filter dates back to the mid 1980’s and it suggests fitting two across four wires on a mechanical voltage regulator to stop a frying noise on a boats radio transmitter.
This suggests to me that it contains a capacitor.
Lucas don’t recommend connecting suppression capacitors across the regulator fitted to your car.
You could connect it across the supply to your radio as shown below and see if that helps, it will not do any harm. Regards John
