Can anyone recommend a company in Shropshire ( or near ) who can carry out some chassis welding . Two advisories for ' corosion not excessive '.

Thanks for info. I have located Longmynd Garage near Church Stretton who restore vehicles and carry out repairs . Contacts you have given me could be useful if they turn out to be too expensive . Thanks again .

Please post up how you get on, it's always useful to have good repairers especially if they work on older cars and ours in particular.

Certainly will let you know . Hoping to take the Moggie in soon for them to give me an estimate . If OK I'll give them the go ahead and report back !! They do have a web page covering both the garage ( in Church Stretton ) and the restoration operation which is just outside the town .

I would certainly recommend Jonathon Evans, his work is very good and he's a really nice bloke.
Well worth getting to know even if you don't use him for that job.

Yes, certainly second that. he has recently restored my van cab--excellent result and as you say a good bloke.
