Hello,
Does any one know if there are hub caps that fit Minor wheels - that don't have the 'M' motif?

Yes. I'm pretty sure some of the vans and pick-ups had plain hub caps.......

If you have an English Wheel you can smooth them out. This only works on the stainless ones, not the chrome plated ones.

This subject has been discussed lately regarding Weller aftermarket wheels;

Late Austin badged vans and pickups had plain 8 3/4" hub caps fitted to Lp917 wider wheel rims.
The Lp917 rims accept the M logo hub caps so you'd expect the plain ones to fit the narrower rim.
I can't confirm this because I haven't got an M logo hub cap to compare, but I think the radius inner edge of the two hub caps may be different?
Hope the link works as I posted photos there.
Regards John

Just seen your double posting.
The reply from Andy W is probably more relevant to you.
My reply is about what the original hubcaps were like and an issue with Weller rims.
If it is of interest the original plain van/pickup hubcaps were stainless steel
