Not sure how much help I can be, but...I'd remove the screws and take the ali plate off to gain lots of access. The wood should have been fixed through the wheel arck metalwork and I'd expect the screws to be impossible to remove gently. One of those vibrating cutter with the flat blade (Wot they called??) to slice out as much wood as possible in sections to permit you to get it all out cleanly, if you see what I mean. That bottom block should have been screwed to the chassis from beneath with maybe 3 woodscrews and you may find the steel rusty. Fixing the big bottom block to the piece by the door latch will be hard as it is normally joined before the wood is put onto the chassis. Fix it any way you can. Gripfill?

Haven't done any piecing in myself, but the Ray Newell Morris Minor Traveller book has an excellent section by Steve Foreman of Woodies which gives practical guidance on this type of repair, as well as complete replacements (which I'm about to do)
