Double-Wire Hose Clips

Hi
Should I have double-wire hose clips on a 1963 car please?
I have to replace the lower rad hose and may as well fit double-wire clips if they are correct for the year.
Also, can someone from Concours let me have the latest detailed marking guide ie how many marks are gained/lost for various items that aren't original/standard. I have the previous one but not the latest one and I understand that the marking system has changed.
