GPO Tool kit roll

I have a tool kit in a leather roll and a brass dust blower, Is this the sort of thing carried in a green morris GPO van? All the tools have a war department arrow and have a "GPO" stamp, There is a date on one tool in the picture that looks like 1955 with a staffordshire knot.

I remember the NCB minor vans,in the early '70's, had similar leather tool rolls. They tended to 'walk '.
