Camshaft of interest!

I am posting this 'e' bay item on here as it is now a very rare item and many may not have seen a camshaft like it before.
Note that it has two spiral gears on it - the second gear which is adjacent to the fuel pump aperture drove the dry sump pump which was fitted in place of the fuel pump/blanking plate.
