Forgive me again if this has been talked about before (or better yet, tell me where to find it!), but I've noticed a few recent little cracks in the paintwork that are beginning to rust.

How should I deal with these?

What exactly do you mean by cracks, this normally only happens when the paint is not sprayed correctly or if there is a bit of filler nearby.
