Door Frame to Door rubber seal

Hi All,
I have just been searching for the small rubber seal that goes in between the door frame and the door - you know the bit that folds into the window aperture and that provides a gasket for the frame at the rear of the front doors. I tried making one out of flat rubber but it curves and needs moulding to sit into the window aperture.
I looked on the websites of a couple of well known suppliers and can't find them listed. Anyone have any ideas where to get one or how to make a decent one.

Cheers
Andy.

The only part that remotely fits your description is strip contour door glass wiping Pt No: AAA1582.
A photo of the location would be appreciated or at least a revised description.

Hi All,
The seal I'm referring to is here between the door metalwork itself and the removable door frame.
Hopefully the image reveals all.
Cheers
Andy.

Bad photo but is this the piece you are looking for?
If yes,-no longer available
Use bicycle tube or black silicone

I couldn't get those years ago, went for black neutral cure silicone sealant - non acidic, unlike acetoxy.

Hi All,
Yes that is the piece I'm after, sure I have bought these in the past, oh well, will do a blue peter job with inner tube as suggested.
Thanks for the response

I filled out the gap with some dum dum, but the use of silicone sealer seems a good idea too.

Try Sugru - available from b&q, mouldable into any shape and dries into a rubber-like substance. I used it successfully to repair damage to my rear screen seal
