How to post picture with ipad

I used to have no problem posting a picture from my iPad but it now tells me to resize the picture , there is no facility as far as I can see to resize on the iPad . Help required

Hi Richard Thanks for that but I will still after wait for son in law or next door neighbour to show me , sorry hopelessl with computer

Iv had to change my tablet camera quality to lowest setting. Its very annoying. Hope you get sorted.
I'm sure we will all get used to it.
