4 door window winder

Titch' our new 4 door is in dire need of new weather strips which I am about to order from Bull motif
Other than the drivers door, all winders a v stiff and I understand the rear windows don't unwind fully anyway.

Is this the case and if so how do I replace the strips and of course how do I fix the stiff unwinding problem?

Solved my stiff unwinding with a good clean and an oil spray. It's been ok since..6 years I guess. I love low tech solutions.
