Having various laptop problems and have been advised to 'clear out the cache' on my various browsers (e, opera, chrome) - but I wouldn't know a cache if I tripped over it..... Does each browser have it's own cache ? And any ideas/help to clear them out would be very welcome. Thanks in advance - as ever ! Roy

On my computer .
Top right in google there is three horizontal lines on top of each other ...click it
click settings
click history
there should be an option to clear stuff ... cache is one of them.
Good luck

this may help it covers a few browsers including tabs and mobile devices

depending on the issues you are having, sometimes conflicting updates cause browser issues such as java or adobe.

There's a good Cache Cleaner utility called CCleaner available as a free download.
It is very comprehensive, and easy to use.
I'll add a linky to the download site...

Just make sure that you have bookmarked all of your "essential" sites (like MMOC) and noted down any passwords that you need before doing the cleaning!

cheers,
