Engine number 61919. Oil filter or not? USHM2 style with no waterpump, just a core plug on the front face.[frame]

Just to clarify, this is a USHM2 engine block (no water pump) that has the plinth cast into it for an oil filter but the block hasn't been adapted internally or externally to take the oil filter. Looks as if it is a new casting made by BMC to prepare for the oil filter introduction a few weeks after this block was made.
