I have been asked if i could arrange for a custom and modified presence in the grande finale parade at the national this year.

Please let me know via a PM if you are interested, If you do take part you will need to park up in a special area all day on the sunday so you will not be able to take part in either the show goers vote on the custom and modified vote.. before anyone say that we will not have voting at this years national.. i had already purchased the engraved trophies before i was told there was no voting so the custom and modified will be having voting this year.

no idea why there is no judging \ voting, it is just what i have been told and i do not want someone to put their name forward without knowing that the custom and modified register will be doing self judging and show goer voting as we have done in previous years.

On special anniversary events the vehicles tend to be parked up intermingled rather than in classes, and this makes judging more difficult, hence not doing it. the aim is for more of a party and celebration. As you'll know from the details in Minor Matters, there will certainly be plenty to see and do.

Oh no . That's not the way to do it

Judging from the many requests on here - would be better having someone demonstrating stripping/rebuilding an A series engine rather than ghastly 'birds of prey' etc......

We have had exactly that at the past few rallies. in addition to everything else.

Don't forget the clowns!
