Morris Minor/Major hubcap size

Gday all just a quick question. I have some 14" wheels from a Morris major and was wondering if anyone can tell me what the hubcap size may be? Is it the same as the Morris Minor? Im trying to buy some of those cheap Indian hubcaps (only option for me Im afraid) and I see some advertised in 8 1/2" and 8 3/4" But all advertised to fit Morris Minor.

Hello Hunsta. I have minor 1000 hubcaps on major wheels. I was told by an expert/wrecker years ago they are the same. maybe series 2/MM wheels are different. cheers John G

Thanks for that John G. I guess they are the 8 3/4" ones. And of cause they would be the more expensive ones. DOH!!!

maybe series 2/MM wheels are different
I am pretty sure that they are different. I think the MM ones are bigger.
Can anyone confirm this?

MM hub caps are a shade over 8 1/4 inch ID.

Yes they seem to be the same size that was on the morris 8 E series. I have many of those.
