Can't see anything like them on ESM's panel list. Sometimes see similar shaped pieces welded on to boxing plates as a fairly low quality repair for corrosion at the bottom, but you've got a proper new boxing plate, and the holes wouldn't make much sense. Who supplied them, and did you get an invoice?

Could they be strengthening plates as used on travellers and convertibles that go in side the sills?

The above will probably give you the answer but are they repair sections for the bottom of the door frame?
The holes being for the clips for the lower door seal. It is impossible from the photo to judge the length but if they're the same length as the door..........that's probably your answer.

It came back with the minor on the truck will go into my shed to see If there Is anything on them to say what It Is.

Same size as the bottom of the door, no label on It and cant see a Invoice for It either very strange .....

Yup! The bottom 2 inches of the inner face of the door on a 2-door or Conv. 12 holes is the norm and early cars (pre about 1950?) had the holes about an inch higher so those are standard shape for all later cars.
