What thermostat do I need

Hi please can someone tell me what thermostat I need in a 1969 2door with a 1098cc minor thousand please?
What stipulates what temp setting I need?

I went for a hotter thermostat (88C) as I use the car winter time and like a good heater. I believe Minors are well cooled and don't change it for summer. ESM sell both 82C and 88C thermostats.
