Did anyone see last week's Classic Car Weekly (May 4)? I'm told, it ran a story about the EU and legislation for classic cars, possibly about MoTs, and apparently mentioned the FHBC, but I was too late to get a copy.

Could anyone tell me what it was about, or perhaps even post the text of the article?
