Metro front seats will fit, albeit needing a bespoke adaptor plate to interface with the sloping floor. As JLH make these to order, I imagine they could add an extra inch or two to the height.
If it's of interest, I have a pair of Metro seats, which I can't use in my 2 door, as when I bought them I didn't clock they don't tilt forward enough for rear passenger access. I can't recall if they have inbuilt height adjustment.
Seats from a Saab 93 convertible DO have height adjustment, and use a similar JLH plate.
Both the Saab and the Metros have legroom adjustment.

Hi and welcome to the messageboard!

My Dad used to use a block of wood under the carpet to raise him up a bit, Ive also seen wood screwed down to the floor for the same job. Also available are these more discreet rubber blocks! Perhaps worth a try before you change your seats? :D
