Seat belts

Post by toulky »

Having problems with the front seat inertia seatbelts in that they jam when trying to put on and not enough belt is being released to allow buckle up.
Can anyone suggest any tips to adjust them?

Thanks

From memory, the real must be square to how it is being pulled, and there is an arrow on a "knob" on either the right or left hand side of the real, this must point upwards I believe.

Yes - some have the adjust knob. The lock is a ball bearing running on a ramp - it may be sticking - a wee spray of WD40 may work wonders.
