Only if your car was left hand drive. Throttle pedal mount.

That would make the throttle pedal almost in the middle of the car! --- plus I believe the pedal fixings are vertical rather than horizontal.

As the owner of a LHD car, I can confirm that at least the outer two of these are in fact for the throttle pedal mounts. The pedal is an elongated bar - BMC did not switch the throttle cable from right to left, but just extended the pedal to the left so that it's at the driver's foot in the left seat, if that makes sense.

The bottom of my (round) heater also bolts to these holes.
