Production facility Morris Minor Netherlands last visit

Today the place, where the Dutch Morris Minors came as CKD, has the last option to look for club members.
The building, still to find on Google maps, on the Kanaalweg 64, Utrecht, is going to be replaced by houses..

This afternoon, the bring as lot as possible Minors back to drive out the doors, on the way they did at the manufacturing.
I hope to post pictures from it, this evening, or this week.

A splitscreen again on the place where the Dutch Morris Minor's are build, and a number of MM's parked before the villa near the factory..[frame][/frame][frame][/frame][frame][/frame][frame][/frame][frame][/frame][frame][/frame]

Tomorrow, 21-03, the gate is closed, and they start with dismantling the buildings.

Sad that a piece of motoring history is disappearing but a great excuse for a magnificent turn out of lovely Minors

Lovely city, too. Stayed there on a cycling trip with my wife a couple of years ago. Can't understand why she wouldn't let me talk to the friendly young ladies on the houseboats.......

The young ladies at the houseboats are now gone....
Maybe later again, i do not know, I was also there with my wife ;)
