Well it's not got 59 lights but they could've been changed or different wings nor trafficator slots by the looks of it. Need to see under the bonnet really for heater hose and also dash for switch spacing maybe.

Alas no pics of the dash or under the bonnet I tell a lie its on a 1960 registration it does seem slightly possible that's its had later lights fitted.and the trafficators filled in I suppose.

It will be impossible to tell from that one photo. As has already been said, the dash and engine bay bulkhead will give you the most information - as will the area where sunvisors mount and whether the car has built-in seatbelt mountings (fitted in the inner sills from about 1961). Heater fixings differed, courtesey light switches came in around 1959, wiper wheelbox positions changed......many many differences over the years. I wouldn't rely on which rear lights are fitted.

The best answer will come from the body number - small plate high up on the bulkhead passenger side. Does it come with a V5 ? And what's the chassis number? Without the V5 etc it's not much use - except perhaps as a 'track' car ?

Or you could buy one of the many log books that seem to appear on eBay.

This ones now sorted it is a 1960 albeit with skimmed over trafficators and the wrong rear lights it has a v5 but alas due to distance I don't think its the one for me.

Distance to travel is the first thing to consider when buying a bulky item, especially if it needs towing!
