Can anyone tell me the correct measurements for me to fit hinges to my new rear doors on my traveller.I did take measurements from my old doors, but I can't find them anywhere. If anyone knows of a diagram or publication showing the correct position of the hinges/measurements that would be great. Thanks, Roger

Best way is to fit the doors in place - and mark across!

Make sure you put some packing under the doors to simulate clearance, making sure of course, they don't bind at the top!

Thanks for the replies, don't I have to fix the hinges to the doors first? if so then the door/hinge measurement is the one I need,or do I do like you said and draw lightly for positions that the hinges look right? Thanks again

Keep searching - they'll be in the last place you look.... I assume the rear pillars have been changed too?

Anyone nearby with a Trav who could allow the hinge positions to be carefully measured? Can Woodies not provide a drill pattern?

I'll measure up tomorrow just in case Woodies don't come up with the goods.

OK see if this helps
Top hinge

Bottom hinge[frame]Image[/frame]

I think it would be best to get the top bolt positions drilled then offer the doors up and mark the rest of the holes. If you need any more measurements just let me know.

For the top bolts, the holes should be dead centre in the vertical channel where the window felt fits. I can't remember for certain, but don't the bottom ones line up with a hole in the boot floor support bracket?

Just checked and you are spot on. The heads of the top hinge bolts fit inside the window channel recess on the other side of the pillar and the bottom hinge bolts also go through the boot floor brackets, one above the floor the other below.

Thanks to everyone,I spoke to woodies today and they were very helpful, they gave me the measurements for the hinges on the doors, they don't have a drill pattern. He also said that they now pre drill the doors so this won't be a problem for any newer customers.

For info - a woodies full kit supplied in August 2017 did not come with pre-drilled hinge holes.

This thread was v helpful thanks :)
