Morris oxford MO vans

Post by olderisbetter »

Does anyone know if the Morris oxford MO series vans share any body parts or anything, I know they look similar but i have never seen any mention of parts being used.

The MCV vans and pick up share some parts with the MO car, but not with the Minor if thats what you were thinking, (apart from some Lucas electrical parts).
The MCV commercials are as rare as rocking horse doo doo nowadays.
Would love a pick up :D
There was a van on eBay recently for an eye watering amount....

Yes as they looked similar i was wondering if they had shared panels or anything, and i have seen a van and just loved the grill so much, but as you say rare and not cheap.

Irmshcer, it really does look nice and now it has made me realise that when i was young, I have seen many Oxford MO models and just thought they were morris minors, For anyone who is unaware of the grill and Oxford MO here is a picture below.
