Noticed today my coil looked a bit grooted so took it off to clean it and the connections. Was shocked to see how rusty it was inside the HT terminal - surprised it worked at all!
So I cleaned it all out, plus the SW and CB connections and re-fitted. All is well but wonder is it worth smearing some vaseline in there (like on the battery connections) to prevent it getting so bad again?Thanks,
