I have found a morris traveler in Cyprus, the person who owns it doesn't know who actually owned the vehicle, it was left when the owners left Cyprus, No details of the owner are available, it is estimated it has been abandoned for 10 years, is it possible to obtain ownership of the vehicle, I have all chassis numbers etc ?

Depends on the law in Cyprus.
Do you know who owns the land it is on?
Who is it registered to?

You refer to someone who "owns it" - can you elaborate - if said person "owns it", surely it's legal to sell(?).
Any chance of the numbers, see what it is.

I'd be very careful with Cyprus law as it certainly isn't UK.
People have thought they own their own newly built house out there till the owner of the land turns up maybe years later and says "thank you for building me a house on my land now sod off !!!!!

Oh and in more thsn a few cases wins.

We love Cyprus...great for holidays, but keep away from anything involving their laws. All sorts of horror stories, trust me..avoid!
