Hi Guys
I have read so many posts on this forum about the crap rubber gaitors being supplied in the UK . I have found something that may be the answer. They are made here in oz.

With reference to your 'Universal Steering Rack Boot
Kit' would you please advise what material the boot is made from. Is it
a material impervious to mineral oil or grease, as similar to neoprene
or nitrile or other such material, or is it made from rubber which is
subject to attack and deterioration from mineral oil or grease.

Thank you for your question.
All STRETCH boots are made from a blend of rubbers including neoprene and are impervious to mineral oils and greases.

I note that Bull Motif Spares also now offer neoprene rack gaitors so time will tell if these are an improvement
