I am in the process of replacing the whole braking system
All the brake wheel cylinders are being replaced with new ones.
My question is would I be better fitting brass bleed nipples rather than steel.
I remember sheering one off that was so rusted in. The brass ones are fairly
Expensive so is it worth Ruth it?
I understand the rear wheel cylinders are aluminium. So should I use brass on the
Steel front cylinders.
Thoughts and ideas welcome please.

In more than 40 years of Morris Minor ownership I haven't ever had a bleed nipple sheer off so I don't regard it as a problem.
I would think that if it did happen, then the components are pretty old and replacing the wheel cylinder would be a good idea anyway.
I wouldn't personally replace the nipples with brass ones.

I asked this question for exactly the same reasons a while ago and the general opinion was to stick with the steel nipples. The only conclusion I came to was to paint a smear of red rubber grease on the nipple threads upon assembly and to use some form of cover on the nipples to try and keep them cleaner.

Standard nipples are fine - just no need to heave them down too tightly!
