HELP! How much is Morris Minor worth?

Hi,
I am trying to help my aunt sell her husbands old car which has been sat in the drive for over 20 years as its attracting unwanted attention
- someone ripped out the oak dashboard at the weekend and stole it- presumably for another Morris car.
I need some help answering the following;
What year roughly is the car (it has a split screen, chrome bumper bars)?
What price should the car sell for?
A man has offered my aunt 500 pounds- is this about right considering the condition of the car?

The registration indicates it is a mid 1956 registered car, which as a far as I can see, it does not have a V5 registration document showing on the DVLA register. It looks to need a fair bit of work from the photos but is worth rescuing.

Absolutely, take the money - did that 'man' have a white stick and a guide dog ??? Bite his arm off! But - get the money in cash in her hand before he takes the car away... 'Oak dash' - must have been some sort of aftermarket/home made affair... I can't imagine how it would have looked.... Any pictures ??

If transferable that is true. It doesn't show on DVLA website as belonging to a Morris Minor.

The VKC21 reg number is not shown as being on any car on the congestion charge site, so has not been transferred to another make of car that exists on the DVLA site, which is where the congestion charge site draws its information. Only place the reg number could have been, if anywhere, is if it is held on a retention certificate.
It therefore looks as if the number still belongs to this car, but if no documents are available to prove that, DVLA would not issue a new V5 to it with that registration number. Even if they did it would probably be non transferable on the V5.

Almost certainly that's where the £500 offer came from - the car in that condition is 'worthless'.
